Currently, only tattoos from 2006 and 2007 are included in the Keyword searches. There are several additional years of photos to sort through and add keywords for searching, but until then, you can browse through, page by page, in the Unsorted album.
NAVIGATION HELP
IF you happen upon the "sidebar", ignore it. All the functionality you need is right below. Keyword albums will show you all tattoos featuring the chosen keyword. Also, while browsing an album, keywords listed under each image are clickable for the same effect.
